Browse the catalogue with your collector — every item shows both the cash price and the Susu plan price, side by side, before you commit to anything.
Save a little each day
Agree a daily amount you can actually manage. Your collector visits, and every payment is confirmed by an SMS code sent straight to your phone — never taken on trust.
Reach your delivery amount
Once your savings reach the plan's delivery gate, Trustelle dispatches your item — you don't wait until the very last cedi is paid.
Take it home, pay the rest over time
The remaining balance is spread over a fixed number of months at an agreed daily rate, printed in your agreement from day one.

No bank account or card needed — pay your collector in person, in cash.

Customers
Save toward furniture, appliances and other everyday items at your own pace. Every plan shows the cash price and the Susu plan price up front, and every payment you make is confirmed back to your phone by SMS — your own record, independent of anyone's notebook.

Collectors are onboarded directly by Trustelle — there is no public sign-up. Once added, you get your own sign-in by email and a badge number, and can also sign in with your phone at any time. Every collection you record is backed by a customer's own SMS-confirmed receipt.
